I really think some of the minor characters deserve upgrades. Karen is just as major as Pam lately.

Besides, its evolved out of the core cast of four. Its more of an ensemble show now. The main story will always be Jim and Pam though

Creed is close.
Toby's interaction with Michael is crazy funny and interesting.
Creed is great but I don't think he would work that great if he had more screen time.
