Order half a pound of rillettes.

Spread generously the rillettes on slices of fresh baguette.

    Enjoy.
Last time I had rillettes it was full of gristle and bone.

The terrine looks good up there whoever posted it.

Personally, I like nothing better than the expensive sh*tness of a Domino's Pizza

          African-style chicken ragout

          1 chicken
          300ml chicken stock
          4 fresh tomatoes
          1 can of tomatoes
          Peanut butter
Ginger (powdered), Cayenne pepper (powdered), salt, paprika
          Oregano
          Palm oil
          Green lemon
          4 cloves garlic
          2 onions

Cut the chicken in pieces, pour a mix of ginger, salt, paprika, pepper, all over each. Leave to rest.
Dice the fresh and canned tomatoes, mince the garlic, cut onions in 8.
Brown the chicken in oil or butter, put aside, replace with the garlic and onions, cook them a bit, and put the chicken back.
Toss in the tomatoes, 60ml peanut butter, and oregano. Wet with the chicken stock*. Boil, add a few drops of palm oil, and leave at low heat for 30mn.
Serve with rice or couscous, decorated with green lemon.

          * if you're not using a homemade stock, be very careful with the amount of salt you put in there...
