Mediocre at least? Fixing elections isn't widely practiced.
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

maybe france and germany wouldnt run to them if the US provided an incentive for them to listen to us.

Complaining about Russian elections being fixed with the US election of 2000.

I fail to see the contradiction. Or are you falling into the UR trap?

Oh, I thought you were trying to make up for UR's long absense.

considering their opinions before going to war. developing nuclear technology. so on and so forth. of course we could attack the french outright with little fear of reprisal but who would make such lovely food and wine?
