I say stick with Sedona. it's a cool artsy town. They have some of that new age crap, and mysticism crap. But it's got pretty scenery, if you like outdoor stuff. I'm sure you can find some interesting shops there if you like shopping. Mostly new age stuff, but you'll find some art stuff there as well.

You'll have to get over onto I-17. It looks to be about 100 miles away. It's hard to tell on a computer screen.
