Why is bologna round but the cheese and bread are square?

    ACK!

It's the way it's made. Someone else will have to explain if needed.

I know that, but they can make other lunch meats square, why not bologna?

Its and attempt at diversity. Wouldn't life be boring if everything were the same ?

Plus nibbling the bits that spill out side the bread is great-- Every bite can possibly bring a different mix of the ingredients

Why do hot dog packages contain eight hot dogs, while hot dog bun packages contain six hot dog buns?

I think the contents of bologna are diversity enough.

Bologna they scrape all the crap off the floor and make it with that. Does that help?

It used to be the 10 - 8 theory. I have never seen a six pack of hotdog buns.

Most dog packs are 8 now too.

                    No.

If they're made from scrap that means they can be shaped in any form.

Sure, I didn't say you can't make square bologna. It's just that circular is easier and cheaper.

Whatever, something like that. Not a fan of hot dogs, just knew they were different.

Anybody else find it interesting that one box of Kraft Mac&Cheese calls for half a stick of butter (quarter cup) and a quarter cup of milk? It's like they planned it that way.

Wasn't baloney originally crammed into intestines? That's explain why it has traditionally been round.

For you outraged baloney eater note that the baloney is bigger than the bread and the cheese, so you can trim off the round edges, have square baloney and it will also fit more neatly into your sandwich.

Now, on to the next pressing problem.

I don't think Tuberski has any more pressing questions (today).
