      NO, not really. We are an earthbound species. MOst humans would never travel to another planet voluntarily, anymore than people travel to totally different parts of this very own planet.

      Besides, the Solar System has a lot of real estate an mankind (or those few individuals willing to travel outside of earth to live) will be pretty busy using it for many millenia to come.
