I remember at a party (somewhere in Beverley IIRC, many years ago) where the conversation had turned to evolution, hell knows why. I think the consensus was universal - evolution Until this woman intervened and stated how we knew nothing and she was far superior in her knowledge because she was a theology undergraduate We then ripped her a new one. Figuratively speaking, of course

I assume that you consider 'sociology' to be absolute as well?
I mean, like the grand majority of all people on earth follows a religion, then it's obviously pretty important that there are people studying these religions.

          I said obsolete, not absolute

Ah, the numbers game. The vast majority of people on Earth follow religion. The vast majority of people on Earth have an IQ of less than 140...you see where I am going with this?

            Biology

After all it combines physics, lots of chemistry and statistics in a neat little package

And like I said, religion is wrong :P
No need for me to defend religion here :P

And since most of those < 140 IQ'ers line up to invade your beautifull country it may be smart to study their believes.

              Btw, CS's IQ > PH's IQ :P

I don't want to interrupt your pwnage to me, but may I humbly point you towards my last argument, which you almost forgot to counter! Maybe your pwnage may be even more glorious if you can even pwn that argument as well, you holy one!

You didn't make an argument, you just pointed out that my country is being overrun by popelovers. A mere statement of fact!

They are just there to perform all the mundane duties that the likes of I would not perform. Why would I be interested in the idol worshipping of the underclass?

Because you may learn to take advantage of it and make much money of the underclass? Just to name something.

Not to forget of course that studying theology may learn you what kinda religion sneaky slipped into your own (atheistic) life.

Studying theology learns me that atheism is religion as well :P
You don't know that, so you can't really reflect on yourself, therefor your life is more miserable :P
