I dont think this is aimed at me, but I feel like I have to respond.

The cops here are not defending your rights and property. They are defending the right wing politicians who aim at destroying and evicting the active, political and alternatively thinking youth. The Christian sect is just their tool of oppression. The mainstream Christian churches and NGOs are supportive in the youths struggle as it represents the challenges the so called third sector often faces in a society governed by an intolerant right wing government. Sure it is fine when the third sector looks after the poor of the society and gives out free meals and organises charity. It takes the load off the liberalistic freeriders. Plus they can call the other, lower castes in such derogative terms as "hippie", "druggie", "punk", "unemployed" ,#social outcasts" and "hooligans". Thats how they tell the majority that these are the kind of people you should be afraid of and tay away from.

When the plebs demand something, even if it is something just little like a building, they are to be quashed with anti-terrorism task force!

So cops defending oppression and institutionalised inequality

Youths and other neglected people making their demands heard even in the upper class districts of Copenhagen. Hurting authorities whether they were police or soldiers is fine with me when they unlegitimely claim the right for the monopoly of violence in a society.

hurting people and violence is NEVER the answer. sorry. the police couldve been a lot worse, and the anti-terror squads were there just for crowd control. things like this get ugly... QUICKLY. The "mobsters" were frankly spoiled brats who got their privilages taken away.

newsflash: police and soldiers are legitimately given the monopoly of violence. This is legitimised in your constitution, book of laws and public vote.

If had any doubt as to the actual legitimacy of the monopoly of violence, you'd long ago run for politics. Then the "real" popular vote would allow you to change the monopoly laws, right?

Just a minor correction mobbycopy - the anti-terror unit was only used in the clearing of the building - that is the helicopter landing and entrance at third floor etc.. wich makes sense since that is what they are experts in.

All the other stuff you see are ordinary police.
