    That looks like the backyard rink the Oilers created for the 'Backyard Classic'.

    A radio station ran a promotion. The winner got to be captain of his own team (whoever he picked) and they played a team of Oiler alumni (Buchberger, Lowe, etc.) on a rink the Oilers laid down in the guys backyard.

    Lowe was a meanie and kept stripping the puck from kids but it was made up for by the Oilers having a shooter tutor for a goalie.

    The Oilers lost this years game in a shoot out IIRC.
