A friend of mine just recently started dating after a long hiatus. Despite the lovers high she's feeling, she doesn't think this new relationship makes her entirely happy.
This lead her to ponder, if she was indeed happy. She asked me, what is happiness. My first response was: "Being Happy, is standing in front of your fridge, and everything looks good. Being unhappy is standing in front of your fridge, and its full, but nothing looks good".
Another thing I said was "Happiness is when you're at a coffee shop, and refills are free".
I like my descriptions. They lack substance, but they are things which make me feel happy. But what is Happiness to you?
