    Question.

    So, I have a server that's running the linux kernel v. 2.6.17, with an uptime of 74 days and 22 hours.

    I have the source for 2.6.20 compiled.

    Should I reboot to update the kernel? Is there anything in 2.6.20 that I'd want/need? All this server does is work as a proxy for websurfing from work, as well as continually bittorrent tv shows that I'd watch...

      I dunno, it was more the shock of realizing that I hadn't rebooted it in a while that got to me.
