  • I need a program that can test all of my ports...

Anyone recommend such a program? I need a program which can test ALL my ports, to see which can be accessed and how much traffic they are getting. Something like this must exist.

      VERY helpful lol.

      On a more serious note...

I'm stuck on a restrictive network, I want to figure out what all available ports are and how much traffic they can handle.

Very funny. I have a firewall, a good one. I just need a program to check traffic across ALL ports.

Why? Yeah, that's right, I said it. Why do you want to test ALL your ports?

So I can figure out which ones can handle a modest amount of traffic and try to redirect some of the traffic over them.

                  or its successor
Wireshark: The world's most popular network protocol analyzer

May help? I think that's what you're looking for?

Just a name change and organization change. Soon, they will be different, because all enhancements and fixes will be in wireshark. ethereal is a dead end.

You realize ports are things that are docked with, not doing the docking themselves.
