If I were moving to France to live, or opening a business in France, I would make the effort to learn French - it's simple self-interest. I would expect my life/business to be easier if I knew French. If I chose not to, I'd be handicapping myself to a degree. That's my problem, really.

I am not saying to ban all languages in france except french, but ATLEAST TRY to learn the language.

That woman is going to have problems managing her staff. It's a bad decision on her part, and it's going to cost her. The gummint doesn't need to do squat about it, though.
