Yeah, CGI isn't my favorite either but it seems to be the way most cartoons are going these days. On the upside it has brought production prices down so we actually will get new Robotech and Transformers movies where as when Harmony Gold tried to release the Sentinals series back around 1993 they ran out of money after just 5 episodes. To bad as the books rocked.

The story line is what made the series and the fact that they came up with a good excuse for humans wanting a 50 foot tall robot (because the aliens were 50 feet tall).
