For precisely the reasons Lor. mentionned I figure.
Namely that it is yet to be shown that there is any correlation between results to this test and the real world.

What I am saying is that they are testing for something but they don't really know what it is.

They call it internal bias, fine.
But for all they know, somebody with more "internal bias" might be less likely to commit a racist crime, say.

I'm not sure that the presence of this so-called internal bias has been or can be connected correlatively or causatively with racism or racist behavior.

there is a natural tendency for humans (and other critters) to study the unknown until it becomes better known. That means people will naturally take longer to look at unfamiliar faces than familiar faces, and for most white people, white faces are more familiar than black faces. And not surprisingly we tend to think more favorably toward the familiar than the unfamiliar, fear of the unknown etc... So we have 2 strong biases before our culture "teaches" us anything about skin color... I have an additional bias, a hobby of mine is tracking migrations and learning about our ancient ancestors so I'd be looking at 2 faces and wondering what kind of ancestry I was looking at, not making moral judgements about good or bad.
