I know less than half of you as much as I would like, and probably like less than half of you as much as you deserve, but there are quite a few people here that would make interesting and/or fun and/or easy-going flatmates. Some people would probably score in several categories. It would be difficult to name one person, as different people may have been appropriate for different times in my adult life over the last 20 years. For example, I don't play Civ or any other games now, but I would like to again soon, when I've got a few other things sorted out.
I'm assuming that Civvers also like playing boardgames that you play on the dining table, so friends I know from demogames and the strat forum like Arrian, Aeson, Sir Ralph, Krill and nye all come to mind.
For discussing politics and ideas, or people who's writing style interests me there's Che, LotM, that Spiffor guy, Lorizael, Elok, Pekka.
Musically, I don't participate in the music threads for some reason, but I know that Lord Shiva and Az like some of the Psy-Trance that I used to listen to and want to hear out at clubs - and Spec comes to mind as a fun flatmate for my old young-free-and-single days. I should start a thread on who likes going out to see random guitar bands - as this is my favourite 'going-out' thing these days. Oh - and any guitarists who like a bit of jamming and song development would make a cool flatmate.
Then there's easy-goingness. I like to live around laid-back people, and Sloww seems to have this quality in abundance.
As I said, some people score in a number of categories, and I didn't want to duplicate names.Comment
