    cos x dx= d(sin x)
    integral = -1/8(sin^-8(x)) evaluated from pi/2 to pi/6
    =[1-2^8]/8 = -63/8 = -7.875

    EDIT: Damnit. see below

        -31.875 or -255/8.

        That is what the TI89 says.

              Mother****. Just realised 2^8 = 256, not 64

              So answer is -255/8, not -63/8

                  Damn, I tried 31.875,-31.875, and 7.875 and the quiz is saying none of them are right. Damn this math review sucks. I put it in the function calculator and it gave me 31.875 I'm being to think someone messed up entering the correct answer on webwork.

                      Are you sure it's from pi/2 to pi/6, and not the other way around?

                          pi/2 at the top of the integral, pi/6 at the bottom
