Actually, you've responded to much of what I've posted, and you've been wrong about basic facts in most of it. I'm sort of wondering how much more ignorance can be exposed.

Perhaps you're referring to the brilliant posts of yours such as quoting from an article about how the big banks are moving in on the payday loan industry, when the very next paragraph contradicts that.
Or the other brilliant posts where closing smaller branches in older areas of towns that primarily serves low-income customers means they refuse to give them loans due to where they live. That was also amazing. I'm sure it has nothing to do with profitability of the location.
Likewise, I'm sure you'd be very happy to open up your new computer shop in a scuzzy low-income area of Edmonton, am I right?"The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."
Ben Kenobi: "That means I'm doing something right. "

Scotiabank, BMO, TD Canada Trust, CIBC, and RBC are the big five.
There seemed to be a lot of debate going on in this thread, most of which I ignored.
But I can agree to the basic premise that was put forth: there are a lot more pressing things this country has to deal with than bank's service charges.

That's it! The beaver fur situation is rapidly becoming a national crisis!
But actually I was thinking more about dealing with the aging of the Boomers, the environment, 'asymetric' federalism, the Senate, interprovincial trade barriers, that sort of thing...
