Who quit and made you mod
The idea is that a thread gets bloated and heavy, and sometimes it is time to start a new one.
Especially after the old one drops to 2nd page several times for long periods.Comment

23 hours since the last post does not qualify as "long periods." It's still an active thread. Look again at the timestamps...Especially after the old one drops to 2nd page several times for long periods.
