Ack! I meant to say red, black, odd or even.

Putting money down on a single number is moronic.

Umm, the best percentages at casinoes is generally at Blackjack.

And I beleive that a single number gives 37 or 36 times your bet, so it isn't as bad as they would have you beleive.

The one time I have gambled, at a casino, I played blackjack for an hour and lost 200-300$ (following all the rules of when to hit, stand, etc, etc... the only way I could increase my odds more would be to count cards). The next morning, before me and my frenids left I put 50$ each on two numbers on roulette, just so I could be playing for big bucks...

(It turned out that it hit another number I was thinking of.)

          Bill Cosby:

I was down to may last $600. --Not the last $600 to my name, but the last $600 I could sign for. So I went over and got $600 worth of quarter chips. I was going to win something before I went to bed!

And I went over to the roulette wheel and I covered the table! I mean, COVERED THE TABLE -- every number, zero, double zero, red, black, odd, even, 1st third, 2nd third, 3rd third, 1st column, 2nd column, 3rd column. I covered the table!! I was going to win something before I went to bed!!

So the guy spun the wheel, and the ball popped out and fell on the floor.

Why, that's only little more than .002%. Nothing to get too worked up about.

What is the point of this thread? This is the kind of boring spam that drives intelligent people away from off-topic forums.

This is a good example of a post by someone who has drifted down the graph of time spent on off-topic forum vs literacy skills.
