Wow, I was watching this MTV program called the sweet sixteen, I assume many of you guys know the show.
wtf is wrong with these people? I mean, especially the parents? I blame the parents for bringing up an army of total idiots.
It's not that you'd want to give the best for your kids, it's not even for the fact that you'd be willing to spend like a million dollars on one party for teenagers, who aren't even stars themselves. It's the fact, that it gets ridiculous when they don't get what they want. And the things they want are pretty ridiculous to begin with.
I mean in this episode, they got an event planner, the dad gave two expensive cars as a gift, like this huge party with loads of people.. Cool, but if the only thing you can do is cry and ***** about stuff, demand but no performance what so ever, that's just a way to spoil a kid in the bad way. The bad way.
You think they'll grow happy and smart? If I'll have kids and I'll be able to score big bucks, that's just not the way it'll go down. I don't care if you come crying to me that other kids make fun of you because they don't have a visa with no limit at the age of 14, too freaking bad. I don't care how rich I'll be, the kids are getting a summer job unless there's a very good reason not to get one.
The portions these things went on to.: I mean I felt like man, this must be a sin or something. And again, it's not the money they spent on a party, it's just that in this situation, it's clear the daddy and mommy where nothing but people who give you money. What about giving something more valuable, like an upbringing, huh?
And the vanity? Oh man, I mean they invited people to the party based on 'how cool they are'. The point is, they didn't even know half the people they invited at all. What is the point of having a special party and not know any people in it, just because you want to feel like a star? How about making some real friends?
And the icing on the cake was that she thought she was really hot. Man, she was ugly, like average AT BEST. Then she goes on about how hot she is? That's cool, but if you think other people are somehow worse, well, I have a message for you.. you are ugly as ****, you won't survive, and you won't grow up happy. So there.
