A long covert investigation after an Israeli travel firm has recently finished, and its heads were arrested.
The charges: using psychological pressure and illegal substances to force people to sign deals and agreements.
How it worked:
The travel agency invited people to hear 'free lectures' about their different suggested routes and special deals.
The agency promised different prizes and discounts to people who would come to a free lecture.
The victims would then be given drinks, apparently with MDMA and similar 'trust increasing' drugs.
After that, each victim was sat down in a personal one on one meeting with a salesman, in which they were eventually coerced into siging unfavourable deals, usually signing up for a useless but very expensive "friends club".
Scary stuff.
