Policing lawless countries (occupying, creating colonies, nation-building) is both wrong AND inefficient. I am not a bit surprised that the left here prefers this sort of thing to finding and killing enemies. And the right the opposite. In CTP@ MP I'd always destroy enemy cities I captured. A human can typically retake a city and destroy the invading army so I'd destroy his city thus perminently weakening him and making it easier for myself during the next round of invasions.
