And yes I sometimes do have preconcieved notions of what a thread is about based on the poster (actually I almost always do ). The thing is, Pekka's posts aren't directly sexual. they are just plain weird sometimes. . He doesn't go on and on about sex like some people (like me for example).

Absolutely KH, and that was one of the points I wanted to bring up but forgot to.

Now, it's like a bad lottery ticket. It needs more consistency. And there needs to be a lot more cases where it is pursued. This thing I don't like, is negotiating with the prosecutor about the sentence they'll go for.

That's just extortion in case of innocent people, or small time criminals, or in cases of possible DP, it's deal making to avoid death.

So how is that for a deterrence? Let's get you a DP and it sticks if the person is found guilty. Then the person will be executed as fast as possible, and everyone else too.

If you want to get rid of killers, then they need to be killed, not 'put on a process' that never ends.
