For more than 12 months they are selling defective products. 86% of their PDAs have serious problems, almost half of these are not cured by reset. The problem with my PDA remained even after hard reset and "restore factory settings".
I contacted their support and the refused to answer and redirected me to the local distributor. Local distributor does not work at weekends.
I advice that you never buy stuff manufactured by Dell, they not only release products of doubtful quality, but also refuse to be responsible for own faults.
