No, I made a simple post saying "this is a provisional warning to be nice before it slips any further." That didn't need a discussion, it was just a warning. You decided to argue it and justify yourself, hence the derailing of the thread. It didn't need a response, nor an argument, it was just there to remind you not to let the comments slide further, as they seemed to be getting progressively nastier as the debate went on.
