I don't think that's an appropriate analogy. An appropriate analogy would be whether or not pornography as a whole is art or not.

And ultimately, it depends on the intent of the pictography, no? An easy counterexample would be the nude rendering of a child for purposes of knowing the anatomy of a child for the various biological sciences. It's quite a difference from a photo of a nude child whose intent is for a person to fap off to it.
