    My PC doesn't have sound, but did those soldiers just turn a stolen car into a big hunk of smashed metal blocking the road that will require a tow truck or heavy equipment to move? That's not too utilitarian.

      No, a guys TAXI for looting some stuff...

      Hell, a guy gets 2 years for 2nd degree murder in the states...and a lousy fine for looting

      Why didn't they just chop his hand off while the're at it...

                After the whole raping-teenaged-girls thing, this doesn't shock me that much except in the stupidity of cluttering up the streets that way and alienating the populace on videotape.

                          It said it was right after the intial invasion so that would be 2003.
