Syrian Ambassd. speaks of Syria's peace initative; Shuns acknowledging Israeli press
Quite a nice tear of the Syrian propoganda mask.
Syrian ambassador to the USA visited NYU as a special guest, and spoke of Syrian-Israeli relations, and about Syria publicly reaching out and offering Israel a full and long term solution for Peace and Normalization..
And then got frightened after learning he was asked by Israeli press, and simply ignored the Israelis for the rest of the meeting, and quickly fleeing afterwards.
The professor made a promise, in his name "the question will be answered later", only to later assist the ambassador's quick departure.
This only shows that the barrage of sunny words is backed up by no change in attitude what so ever.

Some of it is over voiced in Hebrew, but a good part of it is English - including the embarrassing scene.
