  • Indian Food.

I don't even need to know the origins of Hindu civilization.

Sure, I've had Indian food loads of times but tonight's food was worthy enough for a thread dedicated just to it. Chicken Tika Masala, Rosh Josh, Basmati Rice, and that stir fried okra stuff.

Indian food is disterbingly good with western wine.

Seriously, what is Rosh Josh? Is that what they call Rogan Josh in San Diego? Or is it a different dish? I can only find 7 hits for it on Google...

It's what you call Rogan Josh after three bottles of wine.

Weird. "Joe Rogan Josh" yields one more Google result than "Rosh Josh"...

I refuse to believe that anytime you drink three bottles of wine it is pwnage. Instead it is just a good evening.

Now, you've got me to thinking. --There's no Indian restaurant that I know of in downtown L.A. I can't even think of an Indian restaurant anywhere in Los Angeles...but we're such a diverse city, there must be! Come to think of it, we must have a "Little India" here somewhere in L.A., but I haven't even heard of it. I shall have to look into this.

I've only had Indian food when I've been out of the counrty. It was delicious!

                              (We need a "Mmmm" smiley.)
