  • Who hates the disc cleaner popup ads?

Is anyone else getting the disc-cleaner popups when they open up an Apolyton thread?

I have my mouse set to skip straight to the button on dialogue boxes, and sometimes I accidentally click on the download button of these popups' dialague box.

This type of advertising is amongst the most deceptive and invasive I've had from any site. I've always like 'Poly because their ads weren't too intrusive, and are often quite amusing.

Apolyton, please get rid of this advertiser.

Yes, they really suck and I'm on the verge of leaving.

Yes, my opinion of Apolyton is lowered by this invasive advertising.

No, I'm so glad my drive is now clean, Apolyton is providing an important public service.

Adblock Plus to the rescue to remove ads when they become too obnoxious.

      Firefox Adblock Plus

I know that MarkG relies on ads to keep the site going, but there are limits...
