I dont doubt that their are all kind of nasty bladder parasites in the Amazon but It couldn't possibly swim up a steam of urine as its been pointed out their realy isn't any solid stream, It must enter the body when the person is swimming in the water not simply pissing into the water when standing on the shore.

Theirs no direct evidence that the man was electrocuted through a urine stream. He would have to literaly be on his knees with his genitals almost in direct contact to do that, my guess is he was about to pee when he fell down due to inebration. His hand grabed the rail and his penis brushed the rail to complete the circuit killing him. That sound a lot more plausable in my opinion.
