You think its sarcasm, which prompts you to say :

I am not clear what sense to make of your contribution.
As I said before, even if it's sarcastic, whats his point in this particular instance?
I know there are no rules on usage of sarcasm, but usually sarcasm, you say one thing but by taking a tone and an argument so extreme that it's obvious you mean another, usually the opposite.
In this case (if it were true), his claim would have been a valid argument for his case.
If he was being sarcastic, that means that in fact he was implying that alcohol is NOT helpful to driving to which was a counterargument to his own point and to which Oncle Boris agreed.
There's been enough discussion on what the INTENT of Zylka was. The point is, the claim was false. I don't really see what the intent was if it was being made in a sarcastic manner, maybe somebody can explain, preferably Zylka himself.Last edited by Lul Thyme; November 16, 2006, 21:04.Comment
