Concern over news ratings being high or low
Just report the ****. Let the people decide. Report events, report reactions, bring in experts on some issues...I think that's all you need to do.
CNN is a pain in the ass for me to watch because they don't ever report anything I care about. foxnews is VERY politically themed, and they come down on the conservative side of things in their attempt to "entertain." I only watch them out of some morbid obsession with mind-bending manipulative forces.Comment

I'd be on the lookout for Iraqi insurgents thrilled by the Dem victory also. That would be news. CNN, MSNBC, Fox, all would love to put that on TV - because it will cause more people to watch (whether liberal or conservative).
