My God, he's watched some shemale videos. That's not a reason to make his life hell. Posting his image, moreover, his photos with his friends is as dumb, irresponsible as I can imagine. This kid probably feels in a trap. He may try suicide or whatever, and even if not this is going to be a great trauma for him. Imagine yourself in his situation: he walks on the streats and knows that one in a few persons know he watches such videos, may laugh at him, beat him or whatever. His friends may turn back from him... people are such dolts in such situation. For You, it's a play, a few moments of fun. For him, it's a ruined life.

It's entirely likely that most of his friends hardly use the internet, or that none of his friends are geeky enough to frequent the few forums this happened to show up on, or that the few that surprisingly did come across the thread in question didn't read beyond the third page and never saw the pictures.
