Had a wide variety of housemates before, I'm living on my own now. Though I did miss the one cute housemate that would walk around in his underwear and flirt with me, despite proclaiming to be straight.
My roomates have been generally pretty good in that usually they were friends.

Yes, I used a 3 day pay or quit notice on him last month since he was 9 days late with his rent payment. I'm not going to ask him for more, I'm just going to continually deduct from the $275 (out of the $575 he was supposed to pay) and make sure we are even when he leaves.
