No I don't think young gymnastic girls are attractive. I don't want girls who look like young boys. This is my opinion, that they look like young boys, I'm not saying you want young boys because I'm fairly sure you don't and you see these girls differently.

I like sporty WOMEN. But that does not equal, in my mind, 0% body fat and underdeveloped body parts. I like healthy look, little bit curves with sporty women. Women, not girls.

This would go for models as well, I don't find models attractive. Fashion models that is.. I don't know what the whole heroin look was about, and even today they look too thin, all bones and skin. I just don't like that. It's not to say that I dont' like it because I dont't want to put pressure on women to lose weight to look like that, and that it is pretty. I just don't plain like that look at all. And for that matter, women who are fine with their bodies are usually way more sexy and glowing anyway. I don't care if they are a bit fat either, if they are happy with it. I just don't like miserable chicks, I don't want a common and shared problem (in relationship) of someone being miserable of their looks, especially if it's really just fine and not something horrible looking.

I think it's a plague perpetuated on our society with many locations of pressure. I definitely do not agree with it. I hope these women understand it that these days, many men don't fancy that model look at all and think they look like boys, nerdy boys at that too.

Issues with self image are, in my mind and this sounds harsh, a sign of weak self esteem and that derives from many things but usually it's just not 'because I look fat'. It's something else and that's just one symptom of low self esteem. Now, to me that's just stupid. Why would you go on about that, if it REALLY bothers you, do something about it. And if you still can't work it, it means you are lazy.

If it doesn't bother you enough to do something about it, then OK, but why is it a dominant feature in a person? Does this mean they don't have anything else to be proud of, other features? You see, some of these people who don't fit the model stereotype are quite happy, even though they'd see a point in losing couple of pounds. But they think, why should they.. there's no reason , if it's not a health issue.

But they have good self esteem, they have other good features. But if this self image issue is the dominant feature, like it is with many, I can't stand having them around too long. It's like an added problem that transcends into other people who have to deal with that person. I've known quite plenty pretty and hot girls who have these issues. They are in 99% total tools and idiots, who willingly lets this thing dominate themselves and thus their mental capabilities and intelligence is quite low. And that's just so not sexy.

honestly while some gymnasts are cute.. I prefer other sports (swimming or tennis!)

Hmm, it should be pointed out that not all female gymnasts lack curves. I might add that I have come to this conclusion only after intensive study.

I had a gymnast in my physics class in undergrad. She was pretty cute (but didn't like me at all, and showed displeasure whenever anyone joked that I might like her). She wasn't what I would call hot though.
