Sorry but that song sucked
However, I may consider nominating it if the guy at ~3.40 was singing something like "Satan rules his majestic empire" (but it didn't quite seem like that, to be honest).
The enemy cannot push a button if you disable his hand.

The USSR anthem is hard to beat. It's certainly the most glorious ever. The linked version is not bad, but I'd prefer a former one where Stalin is still mentioned along with Lenin in verse two.
Yes, but I really like the softer version. Plus, the video is great.
Come on people, fill up both slots So far, Combat Ingrid has 1 more, Duke o' York has 1 more, and Sir Ralpha has 2
I will also accept anthems of subdivisions in the country. Hence, if you really like your state/provincial/whatnot anthem....
There are 16 slots left.
I'd like to nominate the anthems of Ancient Egypt and the Neanderthal Community March.
If you people like it so much, call it by its name. It's the Russian anthem now. With updated lyrics even, to reflect, you know, the real world that we're living in.

No. The Russian anthem has different lyrics. Hence, if someone prefers a certain lyricsset (either due ot the words or for aesthetic preference), then mentioning those specific lyrics is proper.
If you can provide links to the anthems you mentioned, I'd be happy to include them

I made a DanS maneuver to include that.
It's still patently silly to be so head over heels in love with an antiquated tune of a totalitarian system like the Soviet Union
Have you ever seen the lyrics of the two anthems? The Russian anthem is extremely convoluted. "Russia, our sacred country...."
"Unbreakable union of free republics"

No one nominated 'God Save The Queen'? (shock horror)
It's a pity really, it must be the most drab, morose national anthem to have ever existed...we should adopt the funeral march instead - far more cheery and lively...
