Great Apolyton National Anthem Contest

We held one of these before. I recall the winner:
The Soviet Union The EU, I believe, came in second.

But times have changed. Have Apolytonian opinions toward anthems also changed?

In the first round, you may nominate 2 national anthems to advance to the second round. You may not nominate the national anthem of any states that you were born in or have resided in. Please, post a link to your anthem.
A maximum of 24 candidates will be accepted.

Sorry, I already nominated two. Plus, especially Armenia, I dont' think would be nominated by anyone else.
Maybe you could sign a deal with an American. It took a while for someone to nominate that anthem.

The only good thing about the US anthem is that the first part of it fits very well with the Manowar lyrics "From a battle I've come, to a battle I ride..."

I nominate the USSR anthem for now. Not sure about the second one yet.

Why not nominate, say, Bangladesh and someone else? Bangladesh is very beautiful.

France! It actually means something, very very few of the populace can argue against it, and it sound good!

On the whole though, the national anthem rivals musical theatre as the worst possible use to which music can be put.

Well I didn't link to a version because everyone knows it (don't they?), and the first page on Google seemed to involve downloading it, and I wasn't sure how well that would go down with the mods.
