You can recover your lost session with Nero only. You don't need any additional software.
I will try to explain the procedure.
First you need to back up the second session (the one that you curently can see. Just copy it to your HDD)
Then you need to put your disc in a rewritable cd drive and run Nero. When asked by the wizard what you want to do chose: "new cd" -> "data cd" -> "continue existing data cd (multi session)". Then you will be prompted to pick wich session do you want to continue from, you have to pick the first one (where your first pictures were). Once you have done that you should see your old pictures in the tab that lists the files on the cd. You don't have to add anything else to the cd just hit burn and after you'r finished you should be able to access your old pics.
This will probably not work however if the cd is finalised or too full.Quendelie axan!Comment

Yeah I usually use Nero but since I was in an internet cafe at the time I didnt have much choice in which program to use. Thanks again, case closed.
