Chicago Poly Meet, October 27/28?

Anything you can recommend for seeing in Chicago?

I'm arriving on Thursday the 26th, maybe already Wednesday the 25th...

I'm available from the late afternoon on Friday and all day on the Saturday

I used to live near St. Charles. Pretty much grew up in Batavia, which is only a five miles south.

I've still to book any accommodation, but it's likely the Marriott downtown or the one of the Intercontinental hotels downtown.

Any recommendations on what to see in Chi-town?

Not Navy Pier. It's a tourist trap like Underground Atlanta or New York City.

There's always the Art Institute, as well as the Museum of Science and Industry, as well as the Shedd Aquarium, as well as the top of the Hancock Building, as well as the Field Museum, as well as...
