but how do you find people with similar skill levels. Some of you guys are uber micromanagers and would blow me away.

and also, it seems to me multiplayer games are just war fests. Basically turning civ4 into a wargame. It's stupid to go for early religions or you will get your ass handed to you by opposing axeman.
