Even if that's true 100 minutes talk a day is a huge amount. Maybe it's all work related stuff.

Or at least I'll be working for the Democrats as a volunteer caller this Saturday for a couple of hours. The idea is to motivate potential voters to actually get off of their butts and to go to the polls. They originally wanted me to bring my cell phone and use my minutes but I told them my loyality ended way before I started to burn my personal minutes so if they wanted me to help call potential voters then they'd better give me access to a phone they pay for.
They grumbled a bit and then said I'd get a seat at their phone bank.
If they're asking you to use personal minutes without in-kinding them to the campaign or compensating you, then that's a generally a campaign finance no-no. You should also be able to finaggle a lunch unless San diego Democrats are really stingy.
If you look around and think everyone else is an *******, you're the *******.

Oerdin uses 3000 minutes a month?! That's 100 minutes a day?! Is he a girl?
My company wanted to give me a second cell phone so that I'd have one just for work and another just for my personal use. I told them just to give me the money for the monthly cost of the second phone because I didn't want to have to carry two. As a result I spend **** loads of time on my phone for work. The company seems to spread work evenly around its various offices requiring constent confrence calls to Chicago, LA, San Francisco, etc... Plus I am a geologist so I end up working outside a lot and people still need to reach me so they call my cell phone.
Also I haven't had a landline since around 2001 or so. I just decided I didn't need the additional expense since my cellphone already covered everything. On the up side my number of minutes used should go down significantly since I'm no longer gabbing with my girlfriend for hours on end.
Update on the break up. We are still broken up and I don't want to get back together with her but we've been exchanging e-mails disecting our relationship and deciding where things went wrong. She told me if I really want to know then it would be best to meet in person at her house; I told her I was busy until Weds or Thursday of next week and she got a bit tiffed off with me. She was used to me dropping things for her but since we're no longer going out she can wait in line like everyone else.

I'd really like to retake America, but since it was never ours... Except for that small, insignificant part called New Amsterdam, I want that back
Fine by me. Could I interest you in also taking Alabama and Mississippi?
Back when I had a US cell phone I had unlimited night and weekend minutes starting at 7pm. I wouldn't have minded using those

I had to modify my schedule for retaking America. A cute friend of mine wanted to go out to lunch at this Cuban restaurant and there was no way I would tell her no. She's just a friend but she's a friend with a dozen and one smoking hot single girlfriends. Best of all she likes to play match maker with her friends.
So I convinced them to have a late lunch at 2pm which means I need to leave the DNC's local office at 1:45 or 2pm at the latest. Originally I was going to stay until 2:30 but that would get in the way of my networking with girls time.
