Alright, almost all day today I have been feeling a bit dizzy and, especially when driving, have a massive stomach ache.
It continues even now.

Combination tension headache with Migrane. I've suffered from these for about 6 years since my car accident. Ice really works well. Make yourself two ice packs one for the back of your neck and one for the eye/head area. Drink lots of water as well this helps with the pain and swelling in your head. I get them sometimes so bad I have to go to the hospital.
Dr. Strange is right they can decommission you for a few days. I used to lie in bed with my sunglasses on to help with the light issue
