What an odd question... it's rather like asking "who should study the universe; scientists or philosophers?".

The answer to your question must therefore be "both", "neither", and "banana", all at once .

Whence this epidemic of silly quasiphilosophical threads?
Why can't you be a non-conformist just like everybody else?

Time is an illusion. Lunchtime doubly so.

Whence this epidemic of silly quasiphilosophical threads?

Perhaps someone's doing philosophy at college, and wants to grandstand their erudition.

Judging by the poll title, philosophers are not scientists. Nice troll, I'm sure Agathon would bite with great pleasure. Shame he isn't with us anymore.

Did his Powerbook battery explode and spray bits of cauterised philosopher over New Zealand?

                  How do you perceive time

It is quite possibly the best album ELO ever made.

                      Studying time!? Easy

Past, present, and futur...thus being late, early or right on time.
Time is there, we used math to calculate it, it's mathemathecal. +1 minute, -1 hour or whatever. I'll see you in 2 days, meaning + 48 hours....What's there to study?

What is the boundary between science and philosophy? (Or art, for that matter?)

Not really. Someone could argue the exact opposite.
