I am a Manager by trade so, inevitably, I break things down and try to correct inefficiencies and lack of productivity.
What I see is we all can and should do our part to bring success to this site. Invite new folkks, encourage others, invite a noob to a thread sometime, make them feel at home, maybe just maybe this will produce fruit
Lets try overall to not bicker, to not edge one another too far..lets try to make this an enjoyable environment where many will want to contribute
