I had Jaguar on my ignore list, but only because he linked me to it. I took him off.
I had MikeH on it once, and I have no idea how that happened. I'm think he probably did it somehow. He's very sneaky.

Yes, sparingly. Pattycakes made my ignore list for a little while, but I took him off before he was permabanned.
I think one or two others have been on there, but I typically take them back off it after a while.
