As some of you may know I am switching jobs soon and I got a nice fat raise by jumping from my current employer to my next employer. I am now finding there are all sorts of fringe benifets to being a short timer like I don't have to waste 1-2 hours in the weekly look ahead meetings and if I show up late there isn't much they can do about it. I mean, are they going to fire me?

Still the best part is everyone else is currently wasting their time in the weekly meeting while I get to stay here and surf the net. Boowa.

On my last job switch . .. I just didn't go in for the last 3 weeks and they still paid me.

Maybe it had something to do with the fact I was going to a client
