On closer inspection the field is not Runnymede, but is actually an earthwork of the **** variety...

Apparently a certain King called Offa might have been an early convert of Islam, thus the theory that - **** notwithstanding - we know relatively little about him...

Perhaps the early church in England 'Akhenataned' him...

The Dutch flags narrowed it down, and then there weren't many battles involving three-deckers AND rowboats.

This one should be rather easy:

Name the place, and the event.

Well the absolute first thing that pops into my head is the fictional 'Odessa Steps' scene from the very real Battleship Potemkin uprising in 1905, which itself was linked with the Russian Revolution of 1905...
