Precisely.

Think about it. They'd been notified that the lights were out on the runway they were to use, but apparently not that the lights had come on again the day before.

So it was not exclusively their fault that they went down a no-lights runway which turned out to be the wrong one.

I once went several days without any light in my bedroom because I was too lazy to change the bulb. I figured that I mostly just sleep in there anyways, so what's it matter?
